Sarah Nicole Porietis

Sarah Nicole Porietis, 31, passed away in Pocatello on Tuesday April 8th, 2014. She was born December 26, 1982 in Seattle, WA, the daughter of Tali and Susan Porietis.
She grew up in Pocatello with her five brothers and sisters and quickly distinguished herself as the smart and sassy one; there are so many childhood stories of Sarah's fun, fearless personality. She attended Pocatello High School and graduated from Century High School in 2001, she was incredibly intelligent and a fast learner, always on the honor roll and a high achiever.
Sarah's most proud accomplishments were her two children, her beautiful daughter Brooklynn, 8 years old, and handsome boy Karter, 1 year old. She was a great mother with so much love for her children.
Sarah had many friends and was always positive, giving, and in a bubbly mood. She loved lip gloss, make up and "selfies" as well as arts and crafts, especially jewelry making. Sarah's great sense of humor was one of her best qualities; she loved socializing and making people laugh.
She is survived by her loving parents Tali Porietis and Susan Porietis, her siblings: Maxfield Porietis, Stephanie Wright (Daniel), Isaac Porietis, Lindsay LaRowe (Trevor), and Ashley Spurgeon ( Eric), and many nieces and nephews that she loved so dearly.
Please join us in a celebration of her life at a memorial Open House on Thursday April 17, 2014 12:00-2:00pm at the Joulet Plaza Reception Center, 180 McKinley Ave, Pocatello, ID. There will also be a funeral service on Friday April 18, 2014 at 10:00am at the Oakley LDS Stake Center, 355 North Center Street in Oakley ID. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Payne Funeral Home in Burley.
