Billee Elmore

Billee Elmore (nee Willeena Ferne Majors), of Burley, ID passed away July 10, 2017, at Cassia Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Billee was born on February 7, 1941 in Burley, ID to William and Ferne Majors. In the 1970’s she and her youngest child, Greg moved to Anchorage, Alaska. In 2007, Billee retired and moved back to her childhood home in Burley, where her passion for yardwork was obvious.

Billee is survived by her children, Billie Opdyke (Bob) of Dietrich, ID; Robert Elmore of Rockville, MD; and Greg Elmore (Nellie) of Burley, ID; grandchildren Willie Opdyke, Robert (Bobby) Elmore, Lee Elmore, Jackson Elmore, Nathan Elmore, Brandon Elmore and Robert Elmore; and 1 great-grandchild; her sister Merla (Nyles) Tilley and their children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Ferne Majors of Burley, ID.

A celebration of her life will be held August 26, 2017 at Storybook Park in Burley, 11a-2p. This will be a potluck where all are invited to share their favorite stories and memories.
