Carol R. Rice, 82, of Heyburn, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Barberton, Ohio to Charles and Winnie Wolf. She spent 26 years living in Victorville, California, and the last 15 years in Heyburn.
She completed high school and one year of college. Carol was a military wife who worked in the public and had her own business. She ran her home with strong Christian values. She was also a member of Lions and ABWA.
Carol survived by her children, Bobbie (Larry) Neal, Charles (Sheila) Rice, Carrie Rice, Leslie “Ray” (Sandra) Rice; her grandchildren, Michael Neal, Sarah, Dustin, Shane, Courtney, Travis, Chandra, CJ Charles John, Michael, and Brandon; step grandchildren, Michael, Gina, Stephen and five step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Kenneth Rice.
The family would like to thank Wanda and Ilean from Intermountain Hospice and all of the members of Burley Bible Chapel.
A viewing will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2021 at Morrison Payne Funeral Home in Burley. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the Burley Bible Chapel and burial will take place at Gem Memorial Gardens immediately following the funeral. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Payne Funeral Home.
