Elvina Carter, 75, of Burley passed away Tuesday February 9, 2021 at Parke View Rehab Center. Elvina was born to Mable and George Green on January 27, 1946 in Burley, Idaho. Elvina graduated from Burley High School and was a resident of Burley for most of her life. Elvina married Phillip V. Lee, then Clyde C. Hamilton, and after his passing she married David Carter. Elvina worked at one factory and worked as a cook in the Education Department. Elvina loved to do crosswords and she also loved to knit.
Elvina is survived by her siblings Elonra Green, and Vernon Green. She is also survived by her children, Phillip Lee Jr., Clyde C. Hamilton Jr., and Clydean Walker. Her grandchildren, Dorothy Enriquez, Kail Lee, Marinthin Lee, Phillip Lee Jr.III, Brian Lee, Nathanile Wyatt, Angelica Wyatt, Shawn Walker, Clyde C. Hamilton Jr. III, Isabella Walker and many great-grandchildren.
Elvina is preceded in death by her husband David Carter. Her parents Mable and George Green and two siblings, Ellen Green and George Green Jr.
Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 19, 2021 at Morrison Payne Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of Morrison Payne Funeral Home in Burley, Idaho.
