Obituary

Sherman L Ingram, 78, passed away at his home in Declo, Idaho on August 29, 2023 after battling prostate cancer.

Sherman was born on January 16, 1945 to D. Pearl Ingram and Burt L Ingram in Burley Idaho. Sherman graduated from Nampa High School in 1964 and then went on to join the U.S. Marine Corps in August of 1965. When he returned home from the military, he married Patricia Lawrence, whom he later divorced, they had one daughter, Tracy. 

Sherman is preceded in death by both his parents, two brothers, and six sisters.
He is survived by his daughter Tracy, two sisters La Neva and Mary Celia, and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday September 2, 2023 at the Declo LDS Stake Center in Declo, Idaho. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. A Luncheon will be provided for friends and family. Following the luncheon a Graveside will be held 2:00 p.m. at Marion Cemetery in Oakley, Idaho under the direction of Morrison Payne Funeral Home.
